While other companies told us we would have to remove the tile in order to lift the concrete, Clay was able to successfully support and lift a one and a half inch settlement by simply drilling 5/8 inch holes in between the tile along the grout joints and injecting the foam. In the process we experienced no tile or grout cracking across the 20 x 30' room. Couldn't be happier. Very professional, clean process.
